Return Guidelines

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, simply return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order on our website.
